The Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception of Durango is a Catholic church built between 1695 and 1788, declared a Minor Basilica by the Holy See and seat of the Archdiocese of Durango. The state's principal historical monument, it combines three phases of New Spanish Baroque in its façades and houses 11 altars, 24 pillars and 18 vaults across its three naves, 119 varas long.
